Som Marketing Automation Specialist har du en nyckelroll i att omsätta våra affärsmål till datadrivna dialoger. Du är med och påverkar, kravställer och implementerar länsförsäkringsgruppens gemensamma kundresor, samtidigt som du ger dem lokal relevans och förankring.

Du blir den operativa länken mellan marknad och våra sälj- och rådgivningsteam samt telemarketing. Genom värdescoring och målgruppsuttag ser du till att rätt affärsmöjlighet når rätt rådgivare i rätt tid.

I rollen ingår bland annat att:

·Producera kvalitetssäkrade målgrupps- och ringlistor för TM och lokal bearbetning

·Leda veckovisa avstämningar med säljledningen för att stämma av kapacitet, inflöde och leadskvalitet.

·Delta i gemensamma arbetsgrupper för att vidareutveckla standardiserade kundresor och driftsätta dem lokalt

Säkerställa korrekt datahantering och efterlevnad av GDPR och marknadsföringslagen.

Vem är du?

För att lyckas i rollen har du en eftergymnasial utbildning inom marknadsföring, systemvetenskap, ekonomi eller dataanalys, alternativt motsvarande praktisk erfarenhet. Du har en väldokumenterad vana av att arbeta operativt i moderna CRM- och Marketing Automation-plattformar och har en god förståelse för relationsdatabaser, fältmappning, segmentering och logik för målgruppsuttag, där kunskaper i SQL ses som meriterande. Du är trygg i regelverken kring GDPR, samtyckeshantering och direktmarknadsföring.

Som person drivs du av ett starkt affärsmässigt engagemang och motiveras av att se dina datadrivna insatser omsättas i konkreta rådgivningsmöten och verklig affärsnytta för dina kollegor. Du känner dig hemma i en prestationsorienterad miljö där vi tar ett tydligt personligt ägarskap för våra resultat och ständigt testar nya förbättringar.

I det dagliga arbetet fungerar du som en pedagogisk brobyggare med en naturlig förmåga att översätta datalogik och digitala kundbeteenden till affärsmöjligheter för säljledare och rådgivare. Du kännetecknas av ett strukturerat, noggrant och metodiskt arbetssätt som garanterar kvalitetssäkring i både dataflöden och listuttag.
