Som Analytics Engineer arbetar du i hjärtat av vår organisation. Du rör dig sömlöst mellan affärens behov och teknikens möjligheter, med Databricks och Microsoft Fabric som din kreativa spelplan för att samla in, bearbeta och väcka data till liv. Det här är rollen för dig som älskar att bygga broar mellan komplexa datamängder, IT och strategiska affärsbeslut.

Vad du tar med dig

  • Stark förmåga inom datavisualisering: Du är vass på Power BI och semantiska modeller i MS Fabric. För dig handlar det inte bara om att bygga dashboards, utan om att berätta fängslande historier med data som driver engagemang och tydliga insikter.
  • Erfarenhet av datamodellering & analys: Du förstår affärsprocesserna bakom informationen och är van vid att bygga strukturerade datamodeller utifrån det.
  • Praktisk programmeringserfarenhet: Du har tidigare arbetat med SQL och Python och ser Databricks som ett bra och naturligt verktyg att använda i din datahantering.
  • Tydlig kommunikation: Du är trygg i din dialog med olika intressenter. Du har en unik förmåga att hitta den röda tråden i komplexa analysresultat och översätta dem till glasklara beslutsunderlag för ledning och affär.
  • Helhetssyn på systemdesign: Du har en grundförståelse för infrastruktur, vilket gör dig till en effektiv och uppskattad samarbetspartner för våra teknikteam när vi tillsammans bygger robusta lösningar.

  • Genuint nyfiken på affären och hur man bäst omsätter verksamhetens behov till värdeskapande insikter.
  • En problemlösare som drivs av att hela tiden utvecklas inom moderna data- och analysplattformar.
  • En person som stortrivs i gränslandet mellan djupdykande modellering och att faktiskt synliggöra värdet för verksamheten genom Power BI-rapporter.
  • En lagspelare som genom tydlig kommunikation ökar verksamhetens data literacy och skapar en genuin förståelse och passion för data i hela organisationen.
  • Svenska i tal och skrift är ett krav för denna roll.
