Om jobbet

Som Compliance Officer inom försäkring arbetar du med Länsförsäkringar AB och övriga bolag i LFAB-koncernen, med särskilt fokus på Solvens II, IDD och övrig finansiell reglering. Du blir en del av en enhet där compliance, financial crime och dataskydd samlas, och där du både arbetar självständigt och tillsammans med kompetenta kollegor. Rollen rapporterar till chef Compliance Försäkring och ger dig stora möjligheter att påverka och utveckla vår regelefterlevnad.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer vara bland annat:

  • Bedöma regelefterlevnad inom försäkringsrörelsen med särskilt fokus på Solvens II och IDD.
  • Genomföra granskningar och analyser samt ta fram väl underbyggda rapporter.
  • Ge råd och stöd till verksamheten i frågor om intern styrning och kontroll samt riskhantering.
  • Utveckla och hålla interna utbildningar samt ta fram utlåtanden och vägledningar.
  • Följa regelverksutvecklingen, analysera vad den innebär för verksamheten och kommunicera den pedagogiskt och tydligt.

Följande kommer göra dig framgångsrik i denna tjänst:

  • Juristexamen eller motsvarande akademisk utbildning.
  • Några års erfarenhet från försäkrings- eller bankverksamhet, gärna från både första och andra försvarslinjen.
  • God kunskap om Solvens II, IDD och övrig finansiell reglering.
  • God analytisk förmåga samt förmåga att kommunicera tydligt och tryggt i tal och skrift, på både svenska och engelska.
  • Meriterande är erfarenhet från tillsynsmyndighet, advokatbyrå eller konsultverksamhet.

Som person har du hög integritet, stor framåtanda och en lyhördhet som gör att du snabbt sätter dig in i verksamhetens behov och bygger förtroendefulla relationer. Du är engagerad och ansvarsfull och trivs i en roll där du växlar mellan strategiska resonemang och praktiskt genomförande. Du motiveras av att skapa goda resultat tillsammans med andra.
