Länsförsäkringar består av 23 lokala och kundägda länsförsäkringsbolag samt det gemensamt ägda Länsförsäkringar AB med dotterbolag. Genom respektive länsförsäkringsbolag får kunderna ett helhetserbjudande inom bank, försäkring, pension och fastighetsförmedling. Länsförsäkringar AB-koncernen bedriver affär inom bank, liv- och pensionsförsäkring samt sakförsäkring.

I Finansiell planering och analys arbetar vi tillsammans för att säkerställa LFAB-koncernens kapitalstyrka. Som Kapitalplaneringsspecialist får du en central roll, där du samverkar med kollegor och intressenter och får möjlighet att utvecklas inom ett brett spann av kapitaltäcknings- och analysfrågor.

Dina arbetsuppgifter kommer bland annat att vara att:

  • Utföra analyser av Länsförsäkringar AB-koncernens kapitalsituation och rapportera till ledning samt styrelse
  • Bidra till utvecklingen och framtagandet av Länsförsäkringar AB-koncernens ERSA/finansplan
  • Delta i projekt och utredningar inom kapitalplanerings- och regelverksfrågor
  • Vid behov medverka i finansiella analyser och stötta avdelningen i andra aktuella prioriteringar

Följande kommer att göra dig framgångsrik i denna tjänst:

  • Akademisk examen inom ekonomi, finans, matematik eller närliggande område
  • Minst några års erfarenhet av kapitalplanering, riskanalys eller finansiell analys från bank, försäkring, konsultbolag eller liknande
  • God förmåga att arbeta med data i Excel
  • Vana av att sammanställa och presentera analyser i skrift och muntligt
  • Intresse för både regelverk och ekonomiska samband

Meriterande är om du har:

  • Arbetat specifikt med kapitaltäckning, solvensregler eller ERSA inom försäkring eller IKLU inom bank
  • Deltagit i projekt- eller utvecklingsarbete i en komplex organisation
  • Erfarenhet av utrednings- eller analysarbete på koncernnivå

Som person är du analytisk, ansvarstagande och nyfiken på att lära dig mer. Du tycker om att arbeta tillsammans med andra, men är inte rädd för att ta egna initiativ och driva ditt arbete framåt. För dig är det naturligt att se både detaljer och helhet, och du har lätt för att skapa struktur även i komplexa frågor. Du värdesätter samarbete och är öppen för nya perspektiv och arbetssätt.
