Ben jij een dossierbeheerder met een vijftal jaren ervaring die klaar is voor een eigen klantenportefeuille, in een kantoor waar je gezondheid en work-life balance echt tellen? Voor onze klant, een groeiend en toekomstgericht accountantskantoor in regio Hageland, zoeken we een Dossierbeheerder. Het kantoor heeft bijna 50 jaar ervaring en een hecht team van een tiental collega's, onder leiding van twee ITAA-partners. Je vindt er een informele sfeer, positieve energie en een sterke focus op digitalisering.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Tijdens je inwerkperiode verwerk je aan- en verkoopfacturen en diverse en financiële boekingen, en bereid je btw- en pb-aangiftes en afsluitingen voor. Zo leer je de dossiers en klanten grondig kennen.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor eerstelijnshulp aan klanten.
  • Na je inwerkperiode beheer je zelfstandig een eigen klantenportefeuille en sta je in voor de administratieve en boekhoudkundige organisatie.
  • Op termijn groei je, in functie van je kennis en ervaring, door tot einddossierverantwoordelijke.

Wie ben je?

  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor accountancy-fiscaliteit.
  • Je hebt een vijftal jaren ervaring in een advies- of accountantskantoor. Kennis van Yuki, Silverfin en/of Expert/M is een plus, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je hebt verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel, oog voor detail en werkt resultaat- en oplossingsgericht.
  • Je bent een communicatieve teamspeler met een positieve instelling, een sterke klantenfocus en zin om bij te leren.
