1、3年以上私域运营经验，有0-1体系搭建经验，熟悉微信生态、视频号、企业微信和小程序流量互通，教育行业经验优先； 2、有原则、有底线、执行力强，对数据敏感，有分析解决能力，对外拓展具有营销思维，对内具有管理者思维。 3、擅长微信视频号和微信社群内的直播转化运营，配合社群SOP提升用户活跃度。 4、需要有训练营SOP及社群运营转化课程经验。
