Recrutamento e Seleção (R&S)Ciclo Completo: Gerenciar com autonomia o fluxo completo de atração e seleção, do alinhamento do perfil com os gestores até o envio e negociação da proposta final. Hunting Ativo: Mapear e abordar proativamente talentos no mercado para posições estratégicas e técnicas (Engenharia, TI, Comercial e Operações).Candidate Experience: Garantir uma jornada fluida, humanizada, ágil e transparente para todos os candidatos, refletindo os valores e a cultura do Grupo L8.Avaliação de Perfil: Conduzir entrevistas focadas em competências e aplicar avaliações/testes comportamentais e técnicos. Admissão: Realizar processo de Due Diligence de candidatos e atuar na coleta e conferência de documentos para confecção e formalização de contratosOffboarding: Acompanhar as entrevistas e questionários de desligamento, analisando motivos de saída e construindo planos de ação preventivos.2. Treinamento e Desenvolvimento (T&D)Mapeamento de Necessidades: Realizar o levantamento das Necessidades de Treinamento (LNT) em parceria contínua com os gestores das áreas. Plano Anual de T&D: Elaborar e executar o cronograma anual de capacitação, focando em iniciativas de Upskilling e Reskilling. Onboarding Institucional: Organizar, estruturar e conduzir a integração de novos colaboradores, assegurando uma aculturação eficiente.Programas e Cultura: Apoiar a estruturação e operacionalização do Programa de Desenvolvimento de Lideranças (PDL), campanhas de Endomarketing e ações voltadas à Saúde Mental e Bem-Estar.Conformidade Institucional: Treinar e alinhar equipes quanto às diretrizes, compliance e normas institucionais (foco em conformidade e CertGov).Capacitação em Segurança/Saúde: Sensibilizar e capacitar lideranças quanto às diretrizes da NR-1 (gerenciamento de riscos ocupacionais, prevenção e promoção da saúde física e mental).3. Gestão por Indicadores & Processos KPIs de DHO: Monitorar, analisar e apresentar periodicamente os principais indicadores da área: SLA de fechamento de vagas, Turnover precoce (até 90 dias), Custo por Contratação (CAC) e Eficácia dos Treinamentos. Sistemas e ATS: Manter a plataforma de recrutamento e seleção rigorosamente atualizada e otimizar os fluxos do sistema.

Requisitos e qualificações Formação: Superior completo em Psicologia. - Conhecimentos: Plataformas de R&S (Abler, Gupy, LinkedIn Recruiter), ferramentas de avaliação (DISC, MBTI) e Pacote Google/Excel intermediário. - Modalidade: PJ.
