Collaborateur/trice polyvalent/e – Petit-déjeuner & Ménage (10% - 40%) Hota Hotel Porrentruy

Pour compléter notre équipe, nous recherchons un/e collaborateur/trice polyvalent/e pour assurer le service du petit-déjeuner ainsi que le nettoyage et l'entretien des chambres et des espaces communs de notre hôtel.

Nous recherchons une personne dynamique, organisée et motivée, qui apprécie autant le contact avec la clientèle que le travail soigné et rigoureux.

Les horaires sont principalement le matin, avec une disponibilité nécessaire en semaine, les week-ends et les jours fériés.

Vos tâches :

Service du petit-déjeuner : - Préparation et mise en place du buffet du petit-déjeuner - Accueil des clients et suivi du bon déroulement du service - Réapprovisionnement du buffet et débarrassage des tables - Préparation de différents produits et plats pour le petit-déjeuner - Gestion des stocks et suivi des produits - Nettoyage et entretien de la cuisine, du buffet et des espaces de restauration - Participation à la satisfaction et au bien-être de notre clientèle

Ménage et entretien : - Nettoyage et entretien quotidien des chambres et des salles de bains - Nettoyage des espaces communs de l'hôtel (lobby, couloirs, WC, etc.) - Gestion et entretien du linge - Respect des standards de propreté, d'hygiène et de qualité de l'établissement - Collaboration avec les autres membres de l'équipe pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'hôtel

Votre profil : - Une expérience dans l'hôtellerie ou la restauration est un atout, mais pas obligatoire - Bonnes connaissances en français, l'allemand et l'anglais sont un plus - Personne ponctuelle, organisée, rigoureuse et attentive aux détails - Sens de l'accueil, du service et du contact avec la clientèle - Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe - Polyvalence et capacité à gérer plusieurs tâches - Flexibilité concernant les horaires, notamment les week-ends et les jours fériés - Enthousiasme pour le travail d'équipe et volonté de contribuer à un environnement de travail agréable
