Pour 2027, notre restaurant de Montauban revient avec un tout nouveau concept : une cuisine italienne 100% artisanale. Nouvelle carte, nouvelle identité, nouvelle équipe.

Chez nous, tout sera fatto in casa, sans exception : Des pâtes fraîches fabriquées sur place, chaque jour Des glaces artisanales préparées maison Des cocktails originaux, créés par l’équipe Le meilleur de l’Italie dans l’assiette : burrata, pecorino, speck, pancetta…

Du vrai, du frais, du fait main. E basta !

On construit une équipe de passionnés pour lancer ce nouveau Il Popolo. Si tu aimes le bon produit, le travail soigné et la bonne humeur en service, ta place est ici.

Tes missions

  • Tu es le bras droit du chef : ensemble, vous donnez le tempo à la cuisine
  • Tu prépares et envoies des assiettes parfaites : généreuses, régulières et 100% fait maison
  • Tu veilles à la qualité des produits, à la bonne tenue des stocks et au respect de l’hygiène
  • Quand le chef n’est pas là, tu prends les commandes et tu mènes l’équipe avec assurance

Ton profil Un(e) vrai(e) bras droit, avec l’amour du produit et l’envie de faire briller toute l’équipe :

  • Tu as une solide expérience en cuisine, idéalement en restauration traditionnelle
  • Tu passes d’un poste à l’autre avec aisance et tu gardes ton sang-froid en plein rush
  • Le fait maison, les produits frais et le travail bien fait, c’est ton ADN
  • Tu as l’esprit d’équipe et tu sais prendre les choses en main quand il le faut
