Missions principales

Réseau

• Administrer le réseau LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi et l'interconnexion des sites (switch Aruba)

• Assurer le déploiement et l'exploitation du SD-WAN

• Gérer les pare-feu Fortinet (FortiGate), VPN, VLAN et le filtrage Zscaler

Systèmes et cloud

• Administrer les serveurs Windows et la virtualisation (VMware)

• Administrer Azure, Entra ID et Microsoft 365 (tenant, sécurité, licences, réseau, VM, RBAC, sauvegarde, coûts)

• Gérer Intune : politiques de conformité, déploiement des applications et des postes

• Assurer les sauvegardes, la réplication multisite et les tests de restauration

Sécurité

• Déployer et maintenir le MFA et l'accès conditionnel

• Appliquer les correctifs et suivre les vulnérabilités

• Porter les sujets de cybersécurité et contribuer à la charte informatique

Supervision et exploitation

• Mettre en place et suivre l'hypervision (Checkmk) : tableaux de bord, seuils d'alerte, rapports

• Traiter les incidents de niveau 2/3 escaladés depuis Jira

• Assister à la préparation du comité des changements et au suivi des SLA

Projets, prestataires et documentation

• Conduire les projets d'infrastructure du plan d'action SI

• Piloter les prestataires et opérateurs

• Tenir à jour la cartographie, la documentation technique et les runbooks

• Accompagner et faire monter en compétence le technicien support

Compétences techniques

Indispensables

• Réseau : TCP/IP, routage, VLAN, VPN, pare-feu Fortinet (FortiGate), SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, switching Aruba

• Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPO

• Virtualisation VMware

• Azure en production au quotidien (VNet, NSG, VM, RBAC, sauvegarde, coûts)

• Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, accès conditionnel

• Sauvegarde et PRA/PCA

Appréciées

• Supervision Checkmk, scripting PowerShell

• Jira Service Management

Qualités attendues

• Rigueur et sens de la sécurité

• Capacité d'analyse et de diagnostic

• Autonomie et gestion des priorités

• Bon relationnel avec les utilisateurs et les prestataires

Profil

• Bac+3 à Bac+5 en informatique (réseaux, systèmes, infrastructure)

• 5 ans d'expérience minimum sur un poste similaire, dont au moins 2 ans d'exploitation quotidienne d'Azure en production

• Certifications appréciées : Microsoft (AZ-104, MS-102, SC-300), Aruba (ACSA/ACMA), Fortinet, Zscaler

• Permis B exigé, déplacements entre sites

• Participation possible à des astreintes ou interventions hors heures ouvrées

• Anglais professionnel (filiale UK, prestataires)

• Espagnol serais un plus
