Depuis 1983, La Compagnie des Desserts fabrique des pâtisseries et glaces artisanales qui régalent aujourd'hui 24 000 clients professionnels, grâce à l'engagement de nos 900 collaborateurs répartis sur 7 sites de production. Pour continuer à faire grandir cette success story sur le secteur de la Vendée, nous cherchons un(e) commercial(e) dynamique et passionné(e) de gastronomie.

Le poste en un coup d'œil

  • Poste : Attaché(e) Commercial(e) — Pâtisserie & Glaces artisanales
  • Contrat : CDI
  • Rémunération : salaire fixe + variable : 30 à 40K€ brut/an
  • Prise de poste : dès que possible

Vos missions

  • Prospection & conquête de nouveaux clients : La prospection terrain est le cœur du poste. Vous partez à la rencontre des restaurateurs, glaciers, traiteurs et boulangers, vous identifiez de nouvelles opportunités et vous développez un réseau solide de contacts professionnels. Un vrai rôle de chasseur(se) d'affaires.
  • Fidélisation & suivi client : Vous accompagnez vos clients existants dans la durée, avec un suivi personnalisé qui répond au mieux à leurs attentes et consolide la relation commerciale.
  • Promotion de nos produits : Vous mettez en avant la qualité et l'originalité de nos pâtisseries et glaces artisanales auprès des professionnels de la restauration.
  • Reporting & suivi d'activité : Vous assurez un reporting régulier de vos actions et de vos résultats, pour piloter votre activité commerciale au quotidien.

Votre profil

  • Expérience : Vous justifiez d'une expérience commerciale en environnement BtoB, dans l'agroalimentaire ou idéalement sur le secteur CHR/RHF (restaurants, glaciers, traiteurs, boulangeries...) — une première expérience réussie sur le terrain compte autant qu'un nombre d'années.
  • Qualités : Vous êtes rigoureux(se), dynamique et avez un intérêt marqué pour la gastronomie.
  • Esprit de conquête : Vous aimez le terrain, relever le défi de la prospection et saisir chaque opportunité pour développer votre portefeuille clients.
  • Motivation : Vous êtes prêt(e) à rejoindre une entreprise en pleine croissance et à contribuer activement à son succès.
  • Lieu de résidence : idéalement, vous habitez sur un axe La Roche sur Yon/Cholet.

Rémunération & équipement

Vous percevrez un salaire fixe + une part variable liée à vos résultats. À l'objectif, votre package de rémunération globale se situe entre 30 et 40K€ brut/an.

Équipement : ordinateur portable, téléphone portable, véhicule de service et remboursement des frais.
