Entreprise à taille humaine, nous développons notre réseau de boutiques en France et à l'international ainsi que notre activité Wholesale, auprès de partenaires multimarques.

Au sein de notre siège social situé à Roanne-Mably (42-1h de Lyon), nous sommes à la recherche d'un/e assistant(e) ADV pour rejoindre notre équipe Wholesale.

Poste à pourvoir de suite, CDI 37h/semaine (horaires en journée)

Profil recherché

Rattaché(e) au service Wholesale, vous êtes un véritable support de l'équipe commerciale et assurez le suivi administratif des commandes clients, de leur enregistrement jusqu'à leur livraison.

À ce titre, vos principales missions seront :

Gestion des commandes

  • Saisie, suivi et contrôle des commandes clients dans l'ERP Cegid Orli ;
  • Vérification des disponibilités produits et des conditions commerciales ;
  • Suivi des livraisons et des éventuels retards ;
  • Gestion des reliquats, annulations et modifications de commandes ;
  • Coordination avec les équipes internes : commercial, logistique, achats et comptabilité ;
  • Suivi de la facturation et des éventuels litiges.

Relation clients Wholesale

  • Répondre aux demandes des clients et partenaires ;
  • Assurer un suivi régulier et qualitatif des commandes ;
  • Traiter les demandes relatives aux livraisons, factures, avoirs ou retours ;
  • Être un interlocuteur privilégié des clients dans le suivi quotidien de leur activité.

Support commercial

  • Préparation et mise à jour de différents tableaux de suivi ;
  • Participation au suivi de l'activité Wholesale et à la fiabilité des données commerciales ;
  • Préparation de reportings et d'analyses simples ;
  • Participation aux différentes opérations commerciales et aux temps forts de la collection.

Vous justifiez d'une première expérience en administration des ventes, idéalement acquise dans l'univers du prêt-à-porter, de la mode ou du textile.

Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre :

  • Rigueur et votre sens de l'organisation ;
  • Réactivité et votre capacité à gérer plusieurs sujets simultanément ;
  • Aisance relationnelle et votre sens du service client ;
  • Esprit d'équipe et votre capacité à travailler avec différents interlocuteurs ;
  • Maîtrise d'Excel et des outils bureautiques.

Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais, notamment à l'écrit et dans les échanges professionnels, serait un véritable atout compte tenu du développement de notre activité à l'international.

Une connaissance d'un ERP, idéalement Orli, serait appréciée.
