Para nuestra tienda situada en Madrid, buscamos a nuestro próximo embajador o embajadora de la marca, una auténtica referencia en el asesoramiento al cliente y la experiencia en tienda.

Más allá de un puesto de gestión, te ofrecemos una misión humana: acompañar a cada clienta en su recorrido, escucharla, asesorarla y realzar su personalidad a través de nuestras colecciones.

Tus principales responsabilidades:

  • Gestionar y dinamizar la actividad diaria de la tienda.
  • Liderar, motivar y acompañar al equipo para alcanzar los objetivos comerciales.
  • Garantizar una excelente atención al cliente y una experiencia de compra de calidad.
  • Impulsar las ventas y realizar un seguimiento de los indicadores comerciales.
  • Asegurar una correcta presentación de la tienda y la aplicación de las directrices de merchandising.
  • Gestionar los stocks, las entregas y las operaciones de caja.
  • Organizar los horarios y coordinar las tareas del equipo.
