Eclectiques, généreuses, inattendues, ses collections se déclinent dans des palettes de couleurs naturelles et chaleureuses. La fée maraboutée veille au respect de ses valeurs éthiques dans l'ensemble des étapes de confection en étroite collaboration avec ses partenaires fabricants.

Avec un réseau de plus de 150 points de vente à travers la France, dont 70 boutiques propres et 30 corners, la fée maraboutée est une référence dans le prêt-à-porter féminin.

Afin de renforcer nos équipes commerciales, nous recherchons un(e) Responsable Régional(e) pour animer le secteur nord ouest de la France, couvrant environ 20 points de vente (succursales et affiliés).

Rattaché(e) à la Directrice Commerciale Retail, votre rôle sera :

  • Piloter la performance commerciale de votre région (CA, KPI, rentabilité)
  • Manager, coacher et faire grandir vos équipes (responsables de magasin et leurs collaborateurs)
  • Garantir l’excellence opérationnelle et l’image de marque sur l’ensemble du réseau
  • Déployer la stratégie retail et les plans d’actions commerciaux
  • Analyser les résultats et mettre en place des actions correctives
  • Assurer une présence terrain forte et inspirante

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience significative en management multi-sites dans le secteur retail.
  • Leadership naturel et capacité à fédérer des équipes
  • Forte culture du résultat et sens du commerce
  • Excellentes compétences analytiques et organisationnelles
  • La connaissance du marché belge est un plus
