The posting

  • Je leidt innovatie- en renovatieprojecten binnen het Bakery Fresh-portfolio, met een specifieke focus op Frozen-projecten in de Belgische productiesites.
  • Je vertaalt consumenten-, klant- en commerciële inzichten naar duidelijke productbriefings met productspecificaties, kwaliteitsverwachtingen, ingrediënten en claims.
  • Je beheert het volledige ontwikkelingsproces, van haalbaarheidsstudies en prototyping tot testen, validatie, industriële opschaling en productlancering.
  • Je stelt projectplannen, mijlpalen, verantwoordelijkheden en tijdslijnen op en zorgt voor een transparante opvolging van voortgang, risico's en beslissingen.
  • Je coördineert cross-functionele teams binnen Technology, Operations, Quality, Marketing, Sales, Purchasing en de lokale productiesites.
  • Je definieert en valideert product- en procesparameters zodat eindproducten voldoen aan de vooropgestelde kwaliteitsnormen, claims en houdbaarheidsvereisten.
  • Je coördineert testen, proeverijen, staalaanvragen en opschalingen in samenwerking met technologen, productieteams en andere technische stakeholders.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte overdracht en succesvolle productlancering dankzij heldere communicatie, tijdige escalatie van knelpunten en een proactieve aanpak van afhankelijkheden.
  • Je behaalde een master- of bachelordiploma in Voedingswetenschappen, Voedingstechnologie, Bio-ingenieurswetenschappen, Packaging of een aanverwante richting.
  • Je bouwde relevante ervaring op in NPD, R&D, productontwikkeling of projectcoördinatie binnen de FMCG- of voedingsindustrie. Ervaring binnen bakkerij- of patisserieproducten is een pluspunt.
  • Je combineert een sterk inzicht in de ontwikkeling van voedingsproducten en industriële productie met ervaring in het leiden van cross-functionele projecten van concept tot industrialisatie en marktintroductie.
  • Je koppelt uitstekende projectmanagement-, plannings- en analytische vaardigheden aan een gestructureerde en pragmatische aanpak voor het beheren van risico's, complexe vraagstukken en meerdere prioriteiten.
  • Je slaagt erin technische, product-, klant-, commerciële en operationele perspectieven te combineren, stakeholders te be nvloeden en zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen.
  • Je werkt hands-on, denkt ondernemend en communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders.
  • Je beheerst het Nederlands en Engels vlot. Kennis van het Frans is een sterke troef.
