Als Plant controller heb je een unieke positie binnen onze productieomgeving. Je begrijpt wat er op de werkvloer gebeurt, legt de link tussen operationele prestaties en financiële resultaten en vertaalt analyses naar duidelijke aanbevelingen voor het plant leadershipteam.

Je werkt vanuit onze productievestiging in Erpe-Mere en rapporteert aan de Finance Director van de business unit Frozen Benelux.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Optreden als een kritische en constructieve sparringpartner voor de Plant Director en het lokale leadership team.
  • Maandelijks zorgen voor een correcte, volledige en tijdige financiële rapportering en afsluiting.
  • Analyse van werkelijke resultaten ten opzichte van budget en forecast. Afwijkingen verklaren aan de hand van operationele parameters.
  • Coördineren van het budget-, forecasting- en langetermijnplanning proces van de productiesite. Risico's en opportuniteiten identificeren.
  • Uitwerken en ondersteunen van investeringdossiers (CAPEX) en business cases.
  • Beheren en optimaliseren van standaardkosten en kostallocaties.
  • Bewaken van productieafwijkingen en ervoor zorgen dat kostprijzen de operationele realiteit weerspiegelen.
  • Opvolgen van voorraadwaardering, voorraadbewegingen, afschrijvingen en voorraadnauwkeurigheid.
  • Identificeren en kwantificeren van opportuniteiten om kosten te besparen, productiviteit te verhogen en processen verder te standaardiseren.
  • Master in Finance, Economie, Handelsingenieur of een aanverwante richting.
  • Minimum 3 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring binnen plant controlling, cost accounting, FP&A of industrial finance, bij voorkeur binnen FMCG, voedingsindustrie of een andere productieomgeving met hoge volumes.
  • Sterke kennis van manufacturing economics, standaardkostencalculaties, voorraadwaardering en operationele KPI's.
  • Vertalen van operationele data naar financiële inzichten en managementaanbevelingen is een kolfje naar je hand.
  • Vlot met Excel en financiële modellen. Ervaring met SAP (FI/costing) en Power BI is een plus.
  • Uitmuntende analytische vaardigheden gecombineerd met een pragmatische en hands-on aanpak.
  • Eigenaarschap nemen, prioriteiten stellen en doorzetten tot resultaten behaald worden, drijft je vooruit.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en het zelfvertrouwen om je business stakeholders constructief te challengen.
  • Professioneel vlot in het Nederlands en Engels.
