Om onze productiesite in Erpe-Mere te versterken, is LLBG op zoek naar een Teamleader Kade / Backup Admin voor de nachtploeg.

Onze site gaat door een enorm renovatieproject, waardoor je kan meegroeien en bouwen aan een moderne omgeving en de organisatie ervan. Jouw werkomgeving is een hoogtechnologisch, volautomatisch diepvries magazijn, beter gekend als de High-Bay.

Als Teamleader Kade stuur je dagelijks een team kadeoperatoren aan en werk je actief mee aan de laad- en losactiviteiten. Je zorgt voor een veilige, kwalitatieve en efficiënte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer. Daarnaast ondersteun je ook administratieve logistieke processen als back-up, waardoor je een belangrijke schakel bent binnen de dagelijkse werking van het Warehouse.

De Functie

Als Teamleader Kade/Backup Admin (Nachtploeg) binnen ons warehouse zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor volgende taken:

  • Het dagelijks aansturen en ondersteunen van een team kadeoperatoren.
  • Het actief meewerken aan de laad- en losactiviteiten.
  • Het opvolgen van de prestaties en realiseren van de vooropgestelde doelstellingen.
  • Het bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid op de werkvloer.
  • Het fungeren als eerste aanspreekpunt voor operationele vragen en uitdagingen.
  • Het signaleren en escaleren van afwijkingen, storingen en onveilige situaties.
  • Het zorgen voor een vlotte samenwerking met collega's, warehouse administrators en leidinggevenden.
  • Het fungeren als back-up voor logistieke administratieve processen bij afwezigheden.
  • Het ondersteunen van de dagelijkse werking via administratieve opvolging en systemen.
  • Het actief meedenken over verbeteringen op het vlak van veiligheid, kwaliteit en efficiëntie
  • Je bent flexibel inzetbaar binnen het magazijn en ondersteunt indien nodig het pickingteam in de diepvriesomgeving (-22°C) om de continuïteit van de operatie te garanderen.
  • Je bent bereid om in de nachtploeg te werken.
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke, warehouse- of productieomgeving.
  • Ervaring in het aansturen van een team of het opnemen van een coördinerende rol is een pluspunt.
  • Veiligheid, kwaliteit, hygiëne en voedselveiligheid zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en weet op een duidelijke manier met verschillende partijen samen te werken.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die medewerkers motiveert en verantwoordelijkheid neemt.
  • Je bent oplossingsgericht, stressbestendig en houdt het hoofd koel in een dynamische omgeving.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, toont initiatief en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met pc-werk en staat open om nieuwe systemen en processen aan te leren.
  • Kennis van SAP of logistieke administratie is een pluspunt.
  • Motivatie, inzet en een positieve ingesteldheid vinden we minstens even belangrijk als ervaring.
  • Je bent bereid om indien nodig te werken in een diepvriesomgeving (-22°C) volgens de geldende veiligheids- en pauzevoorschriften.
