onze verpakkingsafdeling bij La Lorraine Bakery Group ben jij de dragende kracht achter de finale fase van ons bakkerijproces.

Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Team aansturen & motiveren: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer, coordineert de pauzes, verdeelt de taken en zorgt voor een motiverende sfeer binnen je team van inpakoperatoren.
  • Actief meewerken: Je steekt zelf ook de handen uit de mouwen en helpt mee met het verpakken van onze broden en sandwiches volgens de kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Machinebediening & Kwaliteitscontrole: Je bedient de geavanceerde verpakkings- en etiketteermachines, print de juiste etiketten en controleert nauwgezet de afgewerkte producten. Afwijkende producten sorteer je direct uit.
  • Procesflow & Productwissels: Je coordineert productwissels aan de lijn op een vlotte manier, zodat de verpakkingsflow continu optimaal blijft.
  • Eerstelijnsstoringen oplossen: Je grijpt zelfstandig in bij kleine technische storingen aan de verpakkingsinstallaties en schakelt de technische dienst in bij grotere problemen.

Kwalificatie

  • Ervaring: Je hebt reeds ervaring opgebouwd in een leidinggevende rol. Kennis van een productieomgeving en/of verpakkingsinstallaties is een grote troef.
  • Hands-on mentaliteit: Je bent praktisch ingesteld, werkt graag zelf mee op de vloer en hebt de drive om jouw team te begeleiden en te motiveren.
  • Overzicht & Communicatie: Je behoudt makkelijk het overzicht op drukke momenten, durft beslissingen te nemen en communiceert helder en duidelijk.
  • Technisch inzicht: Je hebt een sterk analytisch vermogen, interesse in techniek en kunt eenvoudige storingen aan machines zelfstandig verhelpen.
  • Flexibiliteit: Je werkt graag in een vast en gestructureerd 2-ploegenstelsel van maandag tot en met vrijdag.
  • Taal & Computer: Je hebt een goede basiskennis van computers en spreekt goed Nederlands om de veiligheids- en werkinstructies vlot te kunnen overbrengen.
