Als winkelbediende ben je de drijvende kracht achter onze warme bakkerij-ervaring. Je zorgt ervoor dat klanten genieten van een authentieke, warme winkelervaring. Jouw rol is cruciaal in het waarborgen van onze missie: het creëren van instant happiness en herinneringen voor klanten door pure bakkersambacht.

Te behalen doelen:

Klantbeleving en service

  • Klanten verwelkomen, professioneel adviseren en hen ondersteunen bij het maken van keuzes uit ons assortiment.
  • Aansturen van medewerkers in klantcontact en productadvies.
  • Verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor kassahandelingen, inclusief opstarten en afsluiten, en zorgen voor een vlotte afhandeling.
  • Klachten behandelen en oplossen met een klantgerichte en sympathieke benadering.

Winkeluitbouw en presentatie

  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige bestelling en voorraadbeheer en een uitnodigende productpresentatie die klanten aantrekt en inspireert.
  • Toezien op de versheid en kwaliteit van het assortiment en de flexibele merchandising van de producten, afgestemd op dagelijkse vraag en seizoen.
  • Imago van de winkel versterken door het consistent toepassen van de bedrijfswaarden en het bewaken van de winkeluitstraling.
  • Bijdragen aan het ontwikkelen van op maat gemaakte producten om zo een gepersonaliseerde klantbeleving te versterken.

Operationeel beheer en administratie

  • Dagelijkse bestelling van de producten doorgeven op basis van verrkoop en zo min mogelijk verlies.
  • Opvolgen van dagelijkse taken aan de hand van checklists en standaarddocumenten.
  • Toezien op het gebruik en de inzet van POS-materiaal en het uitvoeren van bestellingen bij het atelier of externe leveranciers.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor personeelsplanning en administratieve taken die bijdragen aan een consistente winkelbezetting en klantenservice.
  • Service checks uitvoeren om de WAUW-beleving van klanten te garanderen, volgens de standaarden van La Matisserie.
