The posting

Importante empresa se encuentra en la búsqueda de un Asistente de Coordinación Operativa, con un marcado enfoque en la gestión de personal. El objetivo principal de la posición es garantizar la calidad y efectividad de los procesos, asegurando el cumplimiento de los altos estándares de nuestra compañía y la plena satisfacción del cliente.

Principales funciones:

  • Apoyar en la supervisión y coordinación de equipos. (se valora experiencia en gastronomía, comida rápida, alimentos, retail u otros servicios).
  • Realizar seguimiento diario de asistencia, horarios, distribución de tareas y desempeño del personal.
  • Coordinar y acompañar al personal, verificando su correcta incorporación, asistencia y cumplimiento de las funciones asignadas.
  • Apoyar en los procesos de entrevistas, selección e incorporación de nuevos colaboradores.
  • Realizar seguimiento de las personas contratadas y colaborar en su adaptación e integración a la operación.
  • Gestionar la entrega y distribución de recibos salariales al personal.
  • Mantener comunicación constante con los colaboradores y detectar necesidades o situaciones que requieran intervención.
  • Brindar soporte al equipo de Recursos Humanos y a la supervisión general en tareas administrativas y operativas.
  • Realizar visitas y viajes al interior del país cuando la operación lo requiera.
  • Realizar reportes y mantener actualizada la información relacionada con el personal bajo su supervisión.
  • Apoyar el cumplimiento de las normas, procedimientos internos y estándares de servicio.

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en adelante. Se valorará experiencia en comida rápida, gastronomía, alimentos, retail, producción.
  • Experiencia en manejo y seguimiento de personal.
  • Buen manejo interpersonal y capacidad para trabajar con diferentes perfiles de colaboradores.
  • Organización y capacidad para realizar seguimiento de múltiples tareas simultáneamente.
  • Contar con movilidad propia.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar viajes al interior del país.
  • Manejo básico/intermedio de herramientas informáticas, especialmente Excel.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en procesos de selección, entrevistas o tareas relacionadas con Recursos Humanos.
