El rol

Como Customer Account Analyst serás una pieza indispensable dentro de nuestro equipo de Comercial concretamente en el área de Business Contract Management, ya que te encargarás de tareas relacionadas con el seguimiento y la gestión de cuentas de clientes. Como pueden ser el cálculo de tiempo de permanencia, diferencia respecto a inventario y stock final. Además, brindarás atención personalizada a los clientes facilitándole informes indicando puntos específicos y recomendaciones.

También tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar funciones de negociación y una experiencia más cercana al cliente, siendo el back office comercial del departamento de ventas dando soporte en posibles reuniones con los clientes.

Además, esta posición cuenta con un área para l@s más analíticos llevando a cabo el procesamiento y seguimiento de los análisis de KPI´s además de trabajar conjuntamente con todas las partes involucradas para lograr entender los resultados e informar a los clientes.

Buscamos a una persona con gran capacidad analítica y atención al detalle, que muestre grandes habilidades de comunicación y que sea proactiva. Además para este puesto es indispensable contar con habilidades de planificación y organización así como una gran disposición para trabajar en equipo.

Requisitos

  • Se valorará formación en Grado Administración de Empresas, Economía, Comercio o similares, Grado Superior o Medio en Administración, Contabilidad, Comercio o similares.
  • Se requiere una experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones relacionadas con tareas administrativas y gestión de cuentas.
  • Se valorará de forma positiva experiencia anterior en el sector de logística y cadena de suministro.
  • Se requiere un nivel avanzado en Excel. Además, se valorará positivamente el manejo de SAP.
  • Nivel medio/alto en inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
