EXPERTO/A EN PACKAGING Y LÍNEAS DE PRODUCCIÓN CON INGLÉS

OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO

Permitir que la organización logística prospere en el mercado y alcance los objetivos de la empresa mediante la implementación, la mejora y el mantenimiento de las instalaciones técnicas y los productos en los depósitos subcontratados. Asesorar y asistir a la dirección del depósito subcontratado con conocimientos técnicos, así como a nuestros prospectos y clientes en sus elecciones de instalaciones técnicas.

RESPONSABILIDADES CLAVE

1. Proyectos de ingeniería y desarrollo

Proponer y gestionar proyectos de ingeniería y desarrollo con el objetivo de mejorar y/o mantener las instalaciones técnicas y los productos.

Principales actividades:

  • Ejecutar/gestionar los proyectos de ingeniería y desarrollo dentro del presupuesto y del plazo previsto.
  • Inventariar las necesidades de instalaciones técnicas y productos de los depósitos subcontratados y de los usuarios.
  • Proponer proyectos que contribuyan a la calidad y eficacia de las instalaciones técnicas y los productos.
  • Asesorar y ayudar con conocimientos técnicos en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones técnicas y productos (contribuir a la elaboración de planes de mantenimiento, proponer ideas innovadoras para mejorar y/o mantener las instalaciones técnicas y productos, ...).

2. Inversiones en ingeniería y desarrollo / reducción de costes

Asesorar a la dirección en materia de inversiones con el objetivo de reducir costes y asegurar el buen funcionamiento y la eficiencia de las instalaciones técnicas y su adecuación a las necesidades del mercado a corto y largo plazo.

Principales actividades:

  • Estudiar las necesidades actuales y futuras: análisis de las necesidades técnicas y de los problemas de los clientes, vigilancia tecnológica en los proveedores de soluciones técnicas
  • Realizar propuestas de eficiencia de las inversiones técnicas en relación con los problemas y necesidades detectados.

3. Identificar y gestionar proyectos de mejora continua

Apoyar el desarrollo de la compañía mediante la mejora continua de los procesos de gestión del centro de servicios.

Principales actividades:

  • Identificar y priorizar los lugares de trabajo
  • Gestionar los lugares de trabajo movilizando los recursos necesarios
  • Evaluar la eficacia de los centros de trabajo
  • Construir y desarrollar el soporte de auditoría de "referencia del centro de servicios"
  • Desplegar las auditorías del "repositorio de centros de servicio" en los centros de servicio
  • Apoyar la construcción y el despliegue de herramientas de seguimiento y optimización de los procesos administrativos de la red (seguimiento de los hidrómetros, herramienta de planificación de las visitas de los fabricantes, etc.)

Imprescindible

  • Formación en Ingeniería o estudios relacionados con el ámbito técnico/industrial
  • 2-3 años de experiencia en posiciones similares

  • Disponibilidad para viajar
