El rol

Como Industrial Performance Engineer serás una pieza indispensable dentro de nuestro equipo de Operaciones, ya que te encargarás de tareas relacionadas con la gestión de proyectos y desarrollo. Como pueden ser asesorar y ayudar con conocimientos técnicos en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones técnicas y productos, contribuyendo a la elaboración de planes de mantenimiento y proponer ideas innovadoras para mejorar y/o mantener las instalaciones técnicas y productos.

También tendrás la oportunidad de desarrollar tu faceta más comunicativa, ya que te encargarás de asesorar a la dirección en materia de inversiones con el objetivo de reducir costes y asegurar el buen funcionamiento y la eficiencia de las instalaciones técnicas y su adecuación a las necesidades del mercado a corto y largo plazo.

Además, esta posición cuenta con un área para los apasionados por la mejora continua y la optimización de procesos, evaluando la eficacia de los centros de trabajo así como desplegando las herramientas de seguimiento y optimización de los procesos administrativos de la red.

Buscamos a una persona con una gran capacidad analítica y con visión estratégica, que muestre grandes habilidades de comunicación y que sea proactiva. Además para este puesto es indispensable contar con una metodología de trabajo fundamentada en la mejora continua.

Requisitos

  • Se requiere formación mínima en Grado en Ingeniería Industrial, mecánica o similares.
  • Se requiere una experiencia mínima de 3 años en posiciones relacionadas con la gestión de proyectos.
  • Se valorará de forma positiva experiencia anterior en el sector de logística y cadena de suministro.
  • Se valorará un nivel avanzado en Excel.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar el 50% del tiempo.
  • Nivel medio/alto en inglés, tanto hablado como escrito.
