L-Association "la parenthèse" cherche pour compléter son équipe

Un·e ASSC ou auxiliaire en soins à 50%

Lieu de travail : St-Gingolph (Valais)

"La parenthèse" propose des séjours adaptés aux personnes en situation de polyhandicap, dans un cadre accueillant, familial et centré sur les besoins de chacun.

Vos tâches principales :

  • Assurer les soins et accompagner les membres en situation de polyhandicap durant leurs séjours ;
  • Participer aux activités d'animation et favoriser le bien-être et l'autonomie des bénéficiaires ;
  • Être à l'écoute des membres, de leurs parents ou proches et les conseiller.
  • Encadrer des personnes accompagnatrices, des stagiaires et des personnes en formation.

Votre profil :

  • Diplôme d'assistant en soins et santé communautaire (ASSC) ou d'auxiliaire en soins
  • Expérience auprès de personnes en situation de handicap
  • Bonnes compétences relationnelles et sens de l'écoute
  • Flexibilité et dynamisme et esprit d'initiative ;
  • Motivation à s'investir dans une structure associative
  • Permis de conduire obligatoire ;
