Requisitos:

  • Técnico ou superior em andamento — Contabilidade, Administração, Gestão financeira ou áreas afins.
  • Conhecimento básico em Excel.
  • Interesse em aprender sobre legislação tributária e rotina fiscal.

Atividades

  • Emitir notas fiscais de serviço, comunicar-se com os clientes solicitantes e atualizar o controle de emissão.
  • Importar e conferir notas fiscais de serviços
  • Auxiliar na escrituração fiscal
  • Apoiar na conferência e apuração do ISS e demais tributos
  • Emitir guias de recolhimento de impostos
  • Conferir retenções tributárias (ISS, IRRF, PIS, COFINS e CSLL), quando aplicáveis
  • Auxiliar no controle de vencimentos e obrigações fiscais
  • Organizar documentos e arquivos fiscais
  • Apoiar na conferência de cadastros fiscais
  • Auxiliar na entrega de obrigações acessórias, conforme orientação da equipe
  • Apoiar na identificação e regularização de pendências fiscais
  • Dar suporte às demandas operacionais do departamento fiscal

Diferencial: Interesse em atuar com empresas prestadoras de serviços, especialmente da área da saúde, e em desenvolver conhecimentos em tributação do Simples Nacional e Lucro Presumido.
