The posting

Im 2013 eröffnete La Taqueria – die erste authentische mexikanische Taqueria der Schweiz. Hier trifft eine frische, bewusste und schnelle Küche auf hochqualitative, selbstgemachte Zutaten. Tacos, Burritos, Taquitos; alles wird in der offenen Küche frisch zubereitet und ist nach Wahl auch als Take Away erhältlich. Von Montag bis Sonntag wird ein à la Carte Service angeboten, bei dem die Gäste sich direkt an der Theke bestellen oder am Tisch und danach wie in Mexiko verwöhnen lassen können.

Deine Aufgaben

· Betreuung und Bedienung der Gäste

· Vertretung des Geschäftsführers und Stv. Geschäftsführer in deren Abwesenheit

· Führen, schulen und motivieren der Service Mitarbeiter

· Mithilfe in der Einteilung der Servicemitarbeiter

· Sicherstellung der Betriebsabläufe

· Bestellwesen

· Kassenabschluss

· Einhaltung des Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards

Dein Profil

· Einige Jahre Berufserfahrung im à la carte Service

· Erste Führungserfahrung

· Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Teamfähigkeit

· Flexibilität betreffend unregelmässige Arbeitszeiten

· Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, Spanisch von Vorteil
