La Vela, Cooperativa Sociale con sede a Brescia, è alla ricerca di un/una Operatore/operatrice per un progetto di inclusione lavorativa per persone tra i 30 e i 65 anni.

La persona selezionata si occuperà di supportare i processi di intercettazione e gestione delle candidature, facilitando la presa in carico delle persone e orientandole rispetto agli strumenti e alle opportunità offerte dal mercato del lavoro.

Il ruolo è rivolto a chi è interessato ai temi dell'occupazione, dell'inclusione lavorativa e dei servizi per il lavoro. Non prevede attività di accompagnamento educativo diretto o di affiancamento individuale nella ricerca attiva di un impiego.

Attività principali

  • Accoglienza e primo contatto con candidati e utenti dei servizi
  • Supporto nella raccolta e gestione delle candidature
  • Facilitazione dei processi di presa in carico
  • Informazione e orientamento rispetto a strumenti, servizi e opportunità presenti nel mercato del lavoro
  • Collaborazione con il team per la gestione delle attività connesse ai percorsi di inserimento lavorativo

Requisiti

  • Laurea in Scienze dell'Educazione oppure in Psicologia del Lavoro, o equipollenti
  • Interesse per il mercato del lavoro, i servizi per l'occupazione e i percorsi di inclusione lavorativa
  • Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
  • Capacità organizzative e di gestione delle informazioni
  • Buona dimestichezza con gli strumenti informatici

Costituiscono elementi di valore

  • Esperienze, anche brevi, in ambito orientamento, selezione del personale, servizi al lavoro o inclusione lavorativa
  • Interesse per il lavoro di rete con enti, aziende e servizi territoriali.

È previsto un contratto a tempo determinato di 6 mesi iniziali e un impegno part time di 20 ore settimanali. Si applica il CCNL delle Cooperative Sociali, livello di inquadramento D2.
