Skillab, lider EdTech cu prezență globală, caută un Junior Educational Sales Representative care să se alăture echipei noastre din București. E o poziție entry-level, potrivită atât pentru proaspeți absolvenți, cât și pentru oricine vrea să facă o schimbare de carieră — nu ai nevoie de experiență anterioară în vânzări (dacă ai, e un plus, dar nu o cerință).

Rezumat rapid:

  • Poziție entry-level, full-time — te instruim de la zero și ești plătit din timpul trainingului.
  • Nu sunt cold calls. Lucrezi exclusiv cu warm leads — persoane care și-au manifestat deja interesul pentru cursurile noastre, sau foști cursanți.
  • Rolul îmbină consultanța educațională cu vânzarea propriu-zisă: nu doar oferi informații, ci ajuți oamenii potriviți să ia o decizie și să treacă la acțiune. Suntem transparenți în privința asta — obiectivul tău e să convingi persoana potrivită că un curs i se potrivește, nu doar să răspunzi la întrebări.

Ce vei face în acest rol:

  • Vei discuta telefonic cu persoane interesate de cursurile noastre, gestionând întregul proces în CRM (HubSpot).
  • Vei învăța să te conectezi cu fiecare client, să îi înțelegi background-ul educațional, experiența și contextul profesional, ca să îl poți ghida spre alegerea potrivită — fie că vorbim de reconversie profesională, upskilling sau reskilling.
  • Vei prezenta cursurile într-un mod clar și convingător, adaptat nevoilor reale ale fiecărei persoane.
  • Vei colabora cu echipa pentru a găsi soluții și a aduce idei care să crească performanța comună.
  • Vei fi îndrumat constant de coach-ul nostru dedicat, învățând tehnici de vânzare de la oameni cu experiență.

Requirements

  • Comunicare clară și convingătoare — atât la telefon, cât și în scris.
  • Adaptabilitate tehnică — te descurci ușor cu instrumente și platforme noi.
  • Reziliență — un refuz sau o discuție dificilă nu te descurajează; le vezi ca pe o oportunitate de a-ți îmbunătăți abordarea și modul în care ai grijă de client.
  • Autonomie și responsabilitate — lucrezi bine pe cont propriu, dar știi și când să urmezi îndrumarea echipei.

  • Venitul mediu al consultanților noștri care au trecut de perioada de probă este de 4.900 RON/lună, cu potențial de peste 8.000 RON/lună pentru cei mai performanți — fără plafon, pe măsură ce îți depășești obiectivele și KPI-urile, procentul din fiecare contract încheiat crește.
  • Program full-time, 9:00–18:00. În primele 3 luni lucrezi integral de acasă; după această perioadă, poți lucra 2-3 zile pe săptămână de la birou.
