The posting

Realiza a centrifugação do material e alíquota de amostra, através de equipamentos específicos, com o intuito de promover a separação dos componentes e viabilizar a análise clínica;

Realiza triagem das amostras, tendo em vista obter resultado fidedigno e confiável;

Realiza a armazenagem e descarte da amostra, conforme especificações de armazenagem de cada material e do prazo para descarte, visando cumprir com o procedimento de segurança;

Recebe e encaminha maletas para transporte de amostra, verificando os itens necessários e temperatura adequada, registrando em relatório específico, com o intuito de deixá-las preparadas para uso conforme procedimento;

Mantém os controles de registros atualizados, conforme instruções de trabalho, tendo em vista permitir o acesso às informações;

Monitora a temperatura dos equipamentos, geladeira, freezer, caixas de transporte das amostras e da câmara fria, através do registro nas planilhas de controle, tendo em vista assegurar a integridade dos materiais biológicos e reportar situações irregulares para a liderança;

Solicita ao líder imediato reposição de materiais, através da verificação dos produtos em estoque, inspecionando os materiais críticos, visando assegurar a rastreabilidade e validades dos insumos e manter as unidades com os recursos necessários às atividades;

Limpa e guarda utensílios e demais produtos e materiais, utilizando de forma responsável os meios disponibilizados, tendo em vista a disponibilização constante dos instrumentos e limpeza do ambiente;

Zela pelo patrimônio físico e equipamentos da empresa, através da observação da conservação, manutenção e limpeza do ambiente, comunicando de imediato à liderança as irregularidades observadas, a fim de preservar o patrimônio da organização;

Apoia na elaboração de documentos do sistema da qualidade relacionados à área técnica, a fim de permitir o cumprimento destes conforme Boas Práticas, normas de Qualidade e Biossegurança;

Realiza manutenções preventivas e corretivas dos equipamentos, quando necessário e sob a supervisão do analista clínico.

Realiza análise clínica dos materiais biológicos, através da interpretação crítica dos resultados,

executando ensaios e calibrações, visando assegurar a qualidade e produtividade da área.

Executa as calibrações e controles de qualidade sob a supervisão do analista clínico.

Realiza preparo de reagentes utilizados no setor, conforme procedimento operacional padrão para dar continuidade ao processo de análise dos resultados.

Realiza a utilização racional dos reagentes e insumos utilizados no laboratório, com base nas diretrizes estratégicas e participação de treinamentos e reuniões, com o intuito de otimizar o uso dos materiais.

Identifica necessidade de reposição de materiais e insumos para a área, por meio da análise dos produtos em estoque, visando suprir a área internamente.

Realiza digitação de resultados no sistema, quando necessário, e sob a supervisão do analista clínico.
