Core Responsibilities

  • Lash Applications & Styling: Apply classic, hybrid, volume, or mega-volume eyelash extensions, and perform lash lifts, tints, maintenance refills, and safe removals. [1, 2]
  • Client Consultations: Analyze eye shape, facial features, and natural lash health to recommend appropriate lengths, curls, and styles. [1]
  • Client Education: Teach clients proper aftercare routines, including gentle cleaning, avoiding oil-based cosmetics, and using specialized lash cleansers. [1]
  • Hygiene & Sanitation: Sterilize tools, disinfect equipment, and maintain a clean, safe workstation in compliance with health and safety standards. [1]
  • Salon & Business Operations: Manage appointment schedules, track inventory supplies, maintain treatment records, and recommend retail aftercare product

Preferably with at least 1 year experience Salary range $1,800 + Commission + Tips
