Die Dorfskischule Werfenweng sucht für die kommende Wintersaison eine/n erfahrene/n und engagierte/n Chefskilehrer/in (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Organisation und Koordination des Skilehrer-Teams
  • Einteilung der Skilehrer und Kurse
  • Betreuung und fachliche Unterstützung des Teams
  • Sicherstellung eines professionellen und hochwertigen Skiunterrichts
  • Mitarbeit bei der Entwicklung und Organisation des Kursangebots
  • Kommunikation mit Gästen und Ansprechpartner für das Skilehrer-Team
  • Durchführung von Skiunterricht je nach Bedarf

Das bringst du mit

  • Fundierte Ausbildung und Erfahrung als Skilehrer/in
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Skiunterricht
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in einer leitenden oder koordinierenden Funktion
  • Sehr gutes skifahrerisches Können
  • Freude an Führung und Organisation
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Freundliches und professionelles Auftreten
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachen von Vorteil
