Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine*n motivierte*n Mitarbeiter*in für unsere Abteilung Chemisch-physikalische Prüfungen. Wenn Sie Ihre kaufmännische Erfahrung in einem dynamischen Umfeld einbringen möchten, Organisationstalent und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsverständnis Sie auszeichnen, Sie gerne im Team, aber auch eigenständig arbeiten, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.   • EDV-gestützte Planung, Erfassung und Verwaltung von Stabilitätseinlagerungen einschließlich Dokumentation und Rechnungserstellung über das Labor Management System (LIMS) sowie Archivpflege
  • Ein- und Auslagerung, Verteilung sowie Versand von Stabilitätsprüfmustern unter Berücksichtigung der geltenden Vorgaben, sowie Organisation und Durchführung des Probenversands
  • Kontrolle und Reinigung unserer Klimaeinrichtungen
  • Versand von studienbezogenen Berichten
  • Schriftliche Korrespondenz im Rahmen von Kundenprojekten

Das bringen Sie mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im kaufmännischen Bereich (z.B. Kaufmann-/frau für Büromanagement, pharmazeutisch-kaufmännische*r Angestellte*r), alternativ eine vergleichbare Berufsausbildung
  • Idealerweise bereits Berufserfahrung im GMP-Umfeld
  • Sicheres und freundliches Auftreten sowie Erfahrung in Umgang mit Kundenkommunikation
  • Sorgfältige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sicherer Umgang mit flexiblen Arbeitsanforderungen
  • Fundierte Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Belastbarkeit und Teamfähigkeit
