Desde o início de suas operações em 2 de novembro de 1995, a planta localizada no bairro do Butantã, em São Paulo, tem desempenhado um papel estratégico na indústria farmacêutica nacional. Com uma área construída de 6.776 m², suas instalações abrigam setores produtivos especializados na fabricação de injetáveis, frascos e ampolas. A capacidade e eficiência dessa unidade permitem que ela abasteça quase a totalidade dos hospitais brasileiros com medicamentos injetáveis hospitalares, incluindo anestésicos, narcoanalgésicos e outros produtos essenciais para cuidados médicos de alta complexidade.

Responsabilidades e atribuições· Realizar manutenções preventivas, corretivas e preditivas em equipamentos industriais eletroeletrônicos;

· Diagnosticar falhas elétricas, eletrônicas, de automação e instrumentação, propondo soluções eficazes para restabelecimento dos equipamentos;

· Efetuar inspeções técnicas em painéis elétricos, motores, inversores de frequência, servomotores, CLPs, IHMs, sensores e sistemas supervisórios;

· Executar parametrização, ajustes, calibrações e testes funcionais em dispositivos de controle e automação;

· Interpretar diagramas elétricos, eletrônicos, pneumáticos, hidráulicos e manuais técnicos;

· Apoiar a identificação de causa raiz de falhas recorrentes, participando de análises e planos de ação;

· Registrar informações de manutenção em sistemas informatizados e elaborar relatórios técnicos;

· Participar da elaboração e atualização de planos de manutenção preventiva e preditiva;

· Acompanhar serviços realizados por fornecedores e prestadores de serviço quando necessário;

· Contribuir para projetos de melhoria contínua visando aumento de disponibilidade, confiabilidade, produtividade e segurança dos equipamentos;

· Interpretar diagramas elétricos, eletrônicos, pneumáticos, hidráulicos e manuais técnicos;

· Leitura e interpretação de diagramas elétricos e eletrônicos;

· Conhecimento em CLPs, IHMs e redes industriais;

· Conhecimento em inversores de frequência, soft starters e acionamentos elétricos.
