Afin de renforcer notre équipe sur notre site d’Avenches, nous recherchons, un.e

Responsable d’exploitation à 100%

Missions principales

* Gestion technique des bâtiments : assurer la maintenance préventive et corrective, diagnostiquer les dysfonctionnements et coordonner les travaux et prestataires externes.

* Gestion des sites et services généraux : gérer les accès, les espaces communs, les déchets et les équipements nécessaires au fonctionnement quotidien des sites.

* Sécurité et conformité : contribuer au respect des normes de sécurité, d’hygiène et de santé au travail, en coordination avec la Bio Safety Officer.

* Coordination du nettoyage : superviser les équipes internes et externes, contrôler la qualité des prestations et garantir les standards d’hygiène.

* Coordination opérationnelle : assurer l’interface avec les responsables de sites, la direction, les propriétaires et les prestataires, documenter les interventions et participer aux projets d’évolution des infrastructures LabPoint.

Des déplacements réguliers entre les différents sites de l’entreprise sont à prévoir

Profil recherché

* Titulaire d’un CFC dans un métier technique du bâtiment, avec au moins 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction similaire.

* Personne autonome, polyvalente et proactive, dotée d’un bon sens de l’organisation, d’une grande capacité d’adaptation et d’une bonne gestion des priorités.

* À l’aise dans la coordination de plusieurs interventions et dans la gestion des imprévus.

* Maîtrise du français et de l’allemand ; l’anglais constitue un atout.
