Buscamos um(a) Advogado(a) Júnior para integrar nossa equipe de Direito Contratual, atuando na elaboração, revisão, negociação e gestão de contratos empresariais de diferentes níveis de complexidade. Procuramos um profissional com sólida base técnica, perfil analítico, atenção aos detalhes e interesse em desenvolver uma atuação consultiva voltada à mitigação de riscos e ao suporte jurídico estratégico aos clientes.

Suas atividades e desafios serão:

  • Elaborar, revisar e negociar contratos empresariais de diversas naturezas, incluindo contratos de prestação de serviços, fornecimento, compra e venda, confidencialidade (NDA), parcerias, distribuição, licenciamento, tecnologia, entre outros;
  • Analisar riscos jurídicos, identificar pontos de atenção e propor soluções contratuais alinhadas às necessidades dos clientes e às melhores práticas de mercado;
  • Prestar consultoria jurídica em matérias relacionadas ao Direito Contratual, oferecendo suporte consultivo a clientes internos e externos;
  • Participar de reuniões de negociação com clientes e contrapartes;
  • Elaborar pareceres, memorandos e demais manifestações jurídicas;
  • Apoiar a padronização e atualização de modelos contratuais, contribuindo para a melhoria contínua dos processos da área;
  • Atuar de forma integrada com outras áreas do escritório em projetos e operações multidisciplinares.

Requisitos e perfil desejado:

  • Graduação em Direito com inscrição ativa na OAB;
  • Experiência em Direito Contratual Empresarial, preferencialmente em escritórios de advocacia ou departamentos jurídicos;
  • Conhecimento em Direito Civil, Direito Empresarial e interpretação contratual;
  • Excelente redação jurídica e boa comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Perfil analítico, organizado, proativo e orientado à solução de problemas;
  • Capacidade de gerenciar múltiplas demandas e cumprir prazos.

Será um diferencial:

  • Experiência com contratos de tecnologia, LGPD e agronegócio;
  • Inglês intermediário ou avançado;
  • Conhecimento em ferramentas de gestão contratual e soluções de inteligência artificial aplicadas à advocacia.
