Suas Atividades e Desafios serão:

  • Gestão de Obrigações: Processar o ciclo completo de contas a pagar, desde o recebimento do documento fiscal até a liquidação bancária, garantindo o input correto no ERP;
  • Compliance Fiscal: Validar a retenção de impostos (ISS, IRRF, PCC, INSS) em cada nota fiscal;
  • Conciliação Bancária: Realizar a conferência diária dos saldos e movimentos, assegurando que o output financeiro reflita a realidade absoluta das contas;
  • Interface com Fornecedores: Gerir o relacionamento e eventuais disputas de cobrança com stakeholders externos, mantendo a diplomacia e a firmeza institucional;
  • Reporting Gerencial: Elaborar relatórios de fluxo de caixa e previsões de desembolso para suporte direto à Gerência Administrativa;
  • Custódia Documental: Garantir a organização e o arquivamento (físico e digital) de todos os comprovantes, facilitando processos de auditoria futura.

Requisitos e perfil desejado:

  • Formação: Graduação completa em Ciências Contábeis, Administração ou Gestão Financeira;
  • Experiência: Sólida trajetória na área financeira (nível pleno), com rotinas de contas a pagar;
  • Sistemas: Experiência com ERPs de mercado (conhecimento em Advwin será considerado um diferencial estratégico);
  • Ferramentas: Excel avançado para auditoria de dados e cruzamento de informações;
  • Legislação: Conhecimento atualizado sobre legislação tributária e normas contábeis básicas;
  • Atenção aos Detalhes: Perfil analítico e rigoroso;
  • Ética e Integridade: Valores inegociáveis para quem lida com o patrimônio da empresa;
  • Resiliência Operacional: Capacidade de manter a qualidade da entrega em períodos de fechamento e alto volume de backlog;
  • Mindset Tradicional: Valorização dos processos bem estruturados e da hierarquia;
  • Atuação orientada para entregas e resultados.
