Pré-requisitos:

  • Ensino superior completo em Bioquímica, Biomedicina e/ou áreas da Saúde;
  • Experiência mínima de 05 (cinco) anos em atividades de liberação de exames/bancada laboratorial;
  • Formação em Auditoria Interna Programa de Acreditação de Laboratórios Clínicos (PALC).

Atividades:

  • Planejar, coordenar e implementar continuamente as atividades do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade;
  • Estruturar e revisar documentações, oferecendo suporte técnico e científico à operação;
  • Atuar no monitoramento e análise de indicadores, garantindo o controle e a eficácia do SGQ;
  • Monitorar permanentemente a adequação do Sistema de Gestão da Qualidade às normas acreditadoras e certificadoras vigentes;
  • Coordenar, anualmente, o Programa de Auditoria Interna dos sistemas e processos relacionados à Qualidade, orientando os colaboradores quanto à correta aplicação das normas e procedimentos;
  • Programar e acompanhar auditorias externas junto às instituições certificadoras e às equipes internas, conforme planejamento estratégico da empresa, garantindo a manutenção dos selos de qualidade;
  • Definir, em conjunto com a Direção, metas para a melhoria contínua dos processos e serviços, a partir da análise crítica dos processos e das sugestões de stakeholders (clientes internos e externos, classe médica e fornecedores);
  • Estabelecer, junto à Direção, os indicadores da Qualidade alinhados ao planejamento estratégico da empresa, realizando avaliação mensal e fornecendo dados para implementação de melhorias;
  • Monitorar as atividades dos parceiros de negócio, acompanhando indicadores e resultados para garantir o cumprimento das metas estabelecidas.
