The posting

Mission :

On aime se dire que chez nous, on travaille en famille. La légende dit qu’on serait tous un peu cousins. Ce n’est qu’à moitié faux. Si la petite entreprise familiale après 10 ans a bien grandi, les valeurs, elles, n’ont pas changé. On aime voir nos équipes soudées, des chefs qui chantent en cuisine, des serveurs avec la banane.

Aujourd'hui, on cherche un CHEF DE CUISINE JUNIOR (H/F) pour notre restau.

C'est quoi un chef de cuisine junior ? Comme Iznogoud, c'est celui qui rêve de devenir calife à la place de calife. Y arriver a-t-il un jour ? En tout cas, en l'absence du chef, c'est lui qui mène la barque. Avec 150 couverts à envoyer et 6 personnes à manager, on va pas te mentir, ça va secouer un peu. Ton rôle sera d'aider le chef de cuisine à organiser et manager les équipes et à concocter des petits plats de folie pour nos clients.

Si l’expérience est impérative, on veut aussi que tu aies la passion dans le sang. Malgré tout, il faudra que tu aies déjà entendu vaguement parler de chaleur tournante, de court-bouillon, de maturation (et même de ciseau à défriser le persil) …

Profil :

  • (Pour toutes les autres raisons, comme lors d'une nouvelle relation on a décidé de ne pas tout dévoiler de suite)
