Bienvenue à La Pyrénéenne des Viandes

La Pyrénéenne des Viandes est le grossiste et fournisseur officiel des restaurants La Côte & l’Arête.

Au cœur de la chaîne d’approvisionnement du groupe, nous sélectionnons, préparons et distribuons les produits qui permettent à nos restaurants de défendre une restauration exigeante, fondée sur la qualité du produit et le respect du savoir-faire autour de la viande.

Dans le cadre de notre activité, nous recherchons un(e) RESPONSABLE APPROVISIONNEMENTS & STOCKS H/F pour rejoindre notre équipe.

Vos missions

Nous recherchons un profil capable de piloter les approvisionnements et d’assurer une gestion rigoureuse des stocks dans un environnement agroalimentaire soumis à des contraintes de DLC.

Rattaché(e) au Responsable d’Exploitation, vous serez un acteur clé de l’optimisation des approvisionnements, de la rotation des stocks et de la fiabilité des flux.

Dans ce cadre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Assurer la gestion des approvisionnements en lien avec les besoins d’exploitation
  • Piloter le suivi quotidien des stocks et veiller à leur bonne rotation dans le respect des DLC
  • Appliquer et suivre les méthodes de gestion des stocks (FIFO, stock tampon, stock de sécurité)
  • Réaliser les inventaires, analyser les écarts et proposer des actions correctives
  • Contrôler la conformité des réceptions (quantité, qualité, traçabilité des produits)
  • Gérer la logistique des achats et sécuriser les flux d’approvisionnement
  • Suivre les indicateurs de performance liés aux stocks et aux approvisionnements

Compétences attendues :

  • Expérience en approvisionnements et gestion des stocks en environnement agroalimentaire
  • Bonne maîtrise des produits à DLC et des enjeux de rotation de stock
  • Connaissance des méthodes FIFO, stock de sécurité et stock tampon
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité d’analyse
  • Maîtrise des outils informatiques de gestion (ERP, Excel, logiciel IPA)
  • Une sensibilité au contrôle de gestion est un plus

  • Ayant une expérience confirmée en approvisionnements et gestion des stocks, idéalement dans le secteur agroalimentaire
  • À l’aise dans un environnement exigeant, avec des enjeux de traçabilité, de DLC et de disponibilité produit
  • Rigoureuse, organisée et réactive
  • Capable de collaborer efficacement avec les équipes exploitation, réception, qualité et logistique

CDI basé au MIN de Toulouse Nord.

Horaires du lundi au vendredi : 35h/semaine, prise de poste entre 7h et 8h.
