We are looking for a Housekeeping Supervisor that can help us with our strong commitment to cleanliness and attention to detail.

Join our team at Homewood Suites as a Housekeeping Supervisor and play a vital role in ensuring superior guest satisfaction at our property.

As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will lead our housekeeping and laundry team, ensuring that cleanliness standards are met, and guests have a comfortable stay. With your friendly demeanor and outstanding communication skills, you will create a warm and welcoming environment for both guests and team members.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage housekeeping area according to the hotel brand standards
  • Oversee all training of housekeeping staff and the management of the housekeeping staff
  • Keep up to date with service standards with protocol and polices
  • Supervisor will inspect all rooms and when needed clean rooms
  • Daily and monthly reports, weekly and monthly inventory of supplies and linen

Requirements
