Missions

Rattaché(e) au Directeur des Assurances, vous contribuez activement à la gestion des programmes d’assurance IARD nationaux et internationaux de Louis Hachette Group.

A ce titre, vous assurez le suivi administratif des contrats en lien avec les interlocuteurs internes (correspondants assurance, entités locales) et externes (courtiers, assureurs, experts).

Les sujets porteront principalement sur la collecte des données, la constitution des dossiers pour préparer la souscription ou les renouvellements, la gestion des sinistres.

Vous pilotez la coordination internationale pour garantir la cohérence et l’efficacité des programmes mis en place.

Ainsi vous veillez à la bonne application des programmes et des polices, des procédures à leur évolution au sein de Louis Hachette Group.

Profil

Formation :

Bac +5 en assurance, droit des assurances, gestion des risques ou diplôme équivalent.

Expérience :

Expérience d'au moins 3 ans dans une fonction similaire dans un groupe international, un courtier global ou un assureur avec une dimension international.

Compétences :

  • Maitrise des produits d’assurance IARD et leurs mécanismes contractuels, notamment dans leur dimension juridique ;
  • Anglais professionnel indispensable ;
  • Maitrise des outils bureautiques.

  • Qualités rédactionnelles et relationnelles ;
  • Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et autonomie ;
  • Esprit d’analyse et capacité à travailler dans un environnement international.
