Missions

Lagardère Ressources, structure Corporate du groupe Lagardère, recherche un(e) Stagiaire Juriste Droit des affaires.

Le Stagiaire rejoindra la Direction des Affaires Juridiques, division de la Direction Générale de Lagardère, qui travaille avec l’ensemble des branches d’activité du Groupe. Elle/il interviendra auprès de quatre juristes seniors en charge notamment des sujets suivants :

  • Contrats ;
  • Contentieux ;
  • M&A ;
  • Concurrence ;
  • Droit des sociétés ;
  • Droit du financement ;
  • Propriété intellectuelle ;
  • Protection des données à caractère personnel.

Le Stagiaire sera amené(e) principalement à effectuer des recherches et analyses et à rédiger des documents juridiques (notes de synthèse, accords courts et clauses contractuelles, courriers, etc.), ainsi qu’à assister ponctuellement les juristes auprès de qui elle ou il intervient (relectures, traductions, prise de note durant les réunions, etc.).

Profil

  • Formation : élève-avocat(e) ou niveau Master 2 minimum
  • Maitrise de l’anglais.
  • Première expérience professionnelle juridique en stage ou alternance
  • Volonté d’apprendre, de découvrir des sujets variés et de perfectionner ses compétences.
  • Sans être indispensables, des connaissances et une expérience en droit des sociétés et/ou droit de la concurrence seraient appréciées.
