Au sein du groupe Hachette Livre, qui occupe le 3ème rang mondial des éditeurs généralistes, Hatier est l'un des tout premiers éditeurs scolaires français présent de la maternelle au lycée. Avec de fortes positions en parascolaire grâce aux collections Bescherelle, Annabac, Tout savoir, Chouette, Prépabac, Hatier se développe également sur l'édition Grand Public (Parenting, Jeux etc..) et en jeunesse en s'appuyant sur le savoir-faire pédagogique des équipes et sur les thématiques préférées des enfants. Les Editions Hatier, ce sont aussi : les Éditions Foucher, éditeur leader de l'enseignement professionnel et technique au scolaire, de l'expertise comptable, de l'enseignement supérieur, pour la préparation des formations de santé, les concours de la fonction publique et les concours paramédicaux ; les Editions Didier, éditeur spécialiste des méthodes de langue dont notamment celles de Français Langue Etrangère (FLE), vendues principalement à l'Export.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction Nationale des Ventes, vous aurez en charge la région Grand Ouest de la France couvrant les régions Bretagne, Pays de la Loire et Nouvelle Aquitaine.

Vous aurez pour mission de développer les ventes d’ouvrages en sciences humaines (essais, religion, spiritualité) auprès d’un réseau de librairies spécialisées.

Véritable partenaire de vos clients, vous contribuerez à la croissance du chiffre d'affaires en optimisant les leviers commerciaux mis à votre disposition et en assurant un suivi efficace de votre portefeuille.

À ce titre, vous serez notamment chargé(e) de :

  • Déployer la stratégie commerciale auprès de votre portefeuille de clients ;
  • Conseiller les libraires dans leurs choix d’assortiment et l’implantation des produits ;
  • Prendre les commandes et assurer leur suivi ;
  • Mettre en place des opérations promotionnelles et des actions de développement des ventes ;
  • Réaliser les mises en avant et veiller à la visibilité optimale des ouvrages en magasin ;
  • Assurer une veille commerciale régulière et remonter les informations terrain ;
  • Développer une relation de confiance durable avec vos clients.

De formation commerciale supérieure (Bac + 2 Minimum), vous disposez idéalement d'une première expérience commerciale.

Vous aimez le contact client, le monde du livre et disposez d'un réel sens commercial.

Vous êtes autonome, organisé(e) et force de proposition pour accompagner le développement de votre secteur.

La connaissance du marché du livre religieux, de ses acteurs et de ses spécificités constitue un atout ce poste.
