Nous recherchons un(e) Chargé(e) d'Affaires Sociales dans le cadre d’un stage de 6 mois. Vous serez rattaché(e) à la DRHC.

Votre rôle au quotidien ?

  • Support et conseils juridiques auprès des Gérants de points de vente et opérationnels
  • Participe à la constitution des dossiers en vue des réunions des IRP
  • Effectue la veille sociale et les recherches juridiques
  • Participe à des projets RH transverses
  • Accompagnement RH et juridique sur des projets transverses auprès de nos RRH (thématiques ciblées)
  • Type de contrat : Stage
  • Localisation : Levallois-Perret, métro ligne 3 (Pont de Levallois)
  • Date de démarrage : janvier 2026

Diplômé(e) d'un Bac +5 en Droit social dans le cadre du PPI, vous justifiez d'une première expérience (stage, alternance…) significative dans un poste similaire.

Principales compétences recherchées

Votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens de l'écoute, vous permettent d'interagir avec des interlocuteurs variés. Vous disposez d'excellentes capacités rédactionnelles, d'analyse et de synthèse.Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre rigueur, votre capacité à structurer et à conceptualiser. Enfin, votre vision business et opérationnelle sera un réel atout pour mener à bien vos missions.
