The posting

Fondée en 1857, la maison rejoint Hachette un siècle plus tard, en 1958. A la fin du 19ème siècle, Arthème Fayard fils met la littérature à la portée de tous en tirant les volumes en grandes quantités pour les proposer à des prix modiques. Fayard devient ainsi une des maisons d'édition les plus prestigieuses en France. La littérature française et la littérature étrangère, les sciences humaines, l'histoire, la musicologie et les grands documents de société occupent par tradition une place de choix chez Fayard. 160 ans après sa création, la maison a diversifié ses activités. Le catalogue s'est enrichi du fonds de plusieurs marques : Pauvert, Mille et Une Nuits, et, depuis 2010, de la collection de poche Pluriel.

La direction commerciale Fayard recherche un(e) :

Stagiaire Assistant(e) Commercial

Sous la responsabilité de la directrice du développement, vous aurez pour missions :

  • Réalisation de bons de commande promotionnels : opérationnel et thématique
  • Relations représentants/libraires pour la création de supports promotionnels ;
  • Suivi des marchés : mise à jour de la base clients et suivi des résultats.
  • Préparation de réunions commerciales
  • Étudiant(e) en Métiers du livre, gestion ou commerce, vous justifiez idéalement d’une première expérience en entreprise (stage).
  • Vous maîtrisez le Pack Office et Excel en particulier. Vous avez de bonnes connaissances sur Indesign et Photoshop.
  • Vous êtes attiré(e) par le milieu de l’édition. Vous avez un bon relationnel et un bon esprit d'analyse et de synthèse. Vous êtes curieux (se), rigoureux (se) et organisé(e).
