Le groupe Hachette Livre, 3ème éditeur mondial grand public, est une constellation de maisons d'édition qui évoluent dans des genres éditoriaux variés : Littérature, Education, Jeunesse, Pratique, Tourisme, Art de vivre, Fascicules, dans le but d'instruire, cultiver et divertir.

Au sein du groupe, la Direction de la Transformation des Systèmes d'Information (DTSI) accompagne éditeurs et fonctions supports dans leurs projets. Nous rejoindre c'est la perspective de travailler au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, tout en intégrant un groupe solide, où les possibilités d'évolution sont nombreuses, en France comme à l'international. Trois mots résument l'engagement du Groupe : diversité, autonomie, responsabilité.

En appui au responsable des achats IT, vous participerez à :

  • La gestion du portefeuille fournisseurs IT.
  • La préparation et le suivi des appels d’offres (RFI, RFP).
  • L’analyse des besoins internes en collaboration avec les équipes techniques (DSI, infrastructure, développement…).
  • La comparaison des offres fournisseurs (prix, qualité, délais, conditions contractuelles).
  • Le suivi des contrats et des renouvellements (licences, maintenance, prestations).
  • La mise à jour des bases de données fournisseurs et outils achats.
  • Le suivi des indicateurs de performance (KPI) et reporting achats.
  • La participation aux négociations fournisseurs (en support).

Votre Profil

Étudiant(e) en école de commerce, ingénieur ou université (Bac+4/5) avec une spécialisation en achats, supply chain ou IT. Vous avez un intérêt certain pour les technologies de l’information et les environnements techniques. Une bonne maîtrise d’Excel (analyse de données, tableaux croisés dynamiques) est attendu. Vous êtes reconnu pour votre esprit analytique, rigueur et sens de l’organisation, votre Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.

Anglais professionnel (écrit et oral) nécessaire.
