Le groupe Hachette Livre, 3ème éditeur mondial grand public, est une constellation de maisons d'édition qui évoluent dans des genres éditoriaux variés : Littérature, Education, Jeunesse, Pratique, Tourisme, Art de vivre, Fascicules, dans le but d'instruire, cultiver et divertir. Dans le cadre d’un remplacement pour congé maternité, nous recherchons un (e) FABRICANT (E) - (H/F) pour un CDD de 6 mois.

Au sein du secteur fabrication Littérature, le Fabricant réalise des ouvrages et produits confiés par l’éditeur dans le respect des contraintes définies par celui-ci.

FONCTIONS ET RESPONSABILITÉS :

- Conseil et assiste les équipes éditoriales dans tous les domaines de la fabrication notamment en prenant en charge les fabrications les plus complexes ou à plus fort enjeu

- Gestion d’une partie de la production (livres, PLV, marketing)

- Participe à la définition du produit et propose des alternatives techniques innovantes (prépresse, technique d’impression, papier, brochage).

- Sélectionne le fournisseur le plus en adéquation avec le besoin en accord avec la politique achats,

- Assurer la qualité des ouvrages qu’il fabrique

- Etablir et contrôler le budget de fabrication

- Superviser la préparation des livres numériques.

PROFIL RECHERCHÉ :

- Vous voulez vous engager dans une mission exigeante et enrichissante, avez environ 5 ans d’expérience en fabrication, de préférence dans le domaine de l’édition, et maitrisez les techniques de fabrication (prépresse, impression, façonnage, numérique, accessoires…)

- Doté(e) d’un excellent sens de l’écoute et du relationnel, vous êtes réactif(ve), organisé(e) et rigoureux(se).

- Votre esprit d'initiative, votre dynamisme vous permettront de réussir dans ce poste.

- Bon niveau Excel requis / anglais opérationnel
