Hachette Livre, premier groupe d’édition français, réunit une soixantaine de maisons d’édition en France, en Espagne, au Royaume-Uni et aux États-Unis. Le groupe publie chaque année plus de sept mille nouveautés dans des genres éditoriaux variés : Littérature, Éducation, Jeunesse, Pratique, Tourisme, Art de vivre, Encyclopédies et Dictionnaires.

Nous recherchons, pour la région Centre :

REPRÉSENTANT·E COMMERCIAL·E - CDI

Rattaché·e à la direction commerciale, vous assurez la représentation et le développement des ventes des catalogues Hachette Livre auprès d’un portefeuille de clients composé principalement de librairies et de points de vente spécialisés de la région Centre.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Développement commercial : présenter les nouveautés, les réimpressions et les opérations commerciales auprès des libraires et des distributeurs.

- Gestion et fidélisation d’un portefeuille clients : assurer un suivi régulier, identifier les besoins et développer une relation commerciale durable.

- Prise de commandes : conseiller les clients sur les titres, les programmes éditoriaux, les mises en avant et les assortiments adaptés à leur activité.

- Animation commerciale : mettre en œuvre les campagnes promotionnelles, organiser les présentations de fonds et contribuer à la visibilité des ouvrages en point de vente.

- Veille et analyse : suivre l’actualité du marché du livre, la concurrence, les tendances de vente et les évolutions du réseau de librairies.

- Reporting : renseigner les outils de suivi, analyser les résultats commerciaux et transmettre les informations terrain aux équipes concernées.

- Coordination interne : travailler en lien avec les équipes commerciales, marketing, éditoriales, diffusion et distribution.

De formation commerciale ou équivalente, vous justifiez d’une première expérience réussie dans la vente, idéalement dans l’édition, la diffusion-distribution, la librairie ou un environnement culturel.

Vous avez le goût du développement commercial et du contact client. Vous êtes à l’aise dans la présentation d’une offre, la négociation et l’utilisation des outils bureautiques et de reporting.

Vous êtes autonome, organisé·e, dynamique et rigoureux·se. Votre sens de l’écoute, votre capacité à convaincre et votre esprit d’équipe vous permettent de construire des relations de confiance avec vos interlocuteurs. Un réel intérêt pour le livre et l’actualité éditoriale est indispensable.

Le poste implique des déplacements fréquents dans la région Centre. Le permis de conduire est indispensable.

Le poste est à pourvoir en CDI.
