The posting

Les Editions Jean-Claude Lattès – Le Masque, maison de littérature générale et filiale du groupe Hachette Livre, publient environ 150 nouveautés par an (50% de titres français et 50% de traductions) dans plusieurs domaines : littéraire, littéraire étranger, polars, romans historiques, essais et documents...

Nous recherchons un ou une stagiaire pour une durée de 4 à 6 mois à temps plein, à compter du 1er octobre 2026. Vous assisterez une éditrice dans ses missions quotidiennes (édito, administratif). Ce stage vous mettra en relation avec de nombreux autres services (fabrication, marketing, etc.) et partenaires (correcteurs, auteurs, graphistes, etc.). Il s’agit donc d’un poste polyvalent qui vous permettra de mieux appréhender la chaîne du livre, mais qui nécessite un fort sens de l’organisation et une excellente maîtrise de la langue. Une première expérience au service éditorial d’une maison d’édition est souhaitée. Ce stage nécessite une convention.

Vos missions :

Suivi du texte jusqu’au BAT, notamment : relecture d’EP1, finalisation du texte jusqu’au BAT.

Relecture de 4e de couvertures, cromalins, argumentaires et tout autre matériel potentiel.

Rédaction occasionnelle de 4e de couvertures.

Recherches fréquentes et diverses (sur des auteurs, leurs œuvres, mise en place de tableaux Excel…).

Réception et suivi des manuscrits.

Fiches de lecture de manuscrits français, occasionnellement anglais (ou autre langue si vous maîtrisez une LV3).

Suivi des envois d’épreuves aux correcteurs/traducteurs dans le respect des plannings.

Envoi des exemplaires justificatifs aux agents/auteurs/traducteurs/graphistes.

Archivage des contrats auteurs et traducteurs.

Compétences :

Dynamisme et motivation

Autonomie, rigueur, polyvalence et fort sens de l’organisation sont de mise

Excellente maîtrise de la langue et aisance rédactionnelle

Maîtrise de l’informatique (Word, Excel, PDF, environnement PC)

Aisance relationnelle

Bonne maîtrise de l’anglais

Curiosité et créativité sont des atouts appréciés

Langues :

Français

Anglais

Une 3e langue est bienvenue mais facultative

Autres :

Disposer d’une convention

Niveau Bac +3 requis, filières lettres, métiers du livre, histoire

Une première expérience au service éditorial d’une maison d’édition est souhaitée
