Créé en 1953, le Livre de Poche fait partie du groupe Hachette Livre, 1er groupe d'édition français, et a pour activité principale la réédition de titres déjà parus en grand format. La maison d'édition développe aussi des collections originales et des titres inédits en France, avec près de 900 millions d'exemplaires produits depuis l'origine, 5 500 titres au catalogue et 400 nouveautés publiées chaque année..

Nous avons pour vocation d'éditer et de diffuser des livres de qualité auprès du plus grand nombre pour instruire, cultiver et divertir. Hachette Livre réunit une soixantaine d'éditeurs en France, en Espagne, au Royaume-Uni et aux Etats-Unis. Il publie chaque année plus de sept mille nouveautés dans les genres éditoriaux les plus variés : Littérature, Education, Jeunesse, Pratique, Tourisme, Art de vivre, Encyclopédies et Dictionnaires.

Nous recherchons, pour une de nos maisons d’Édition, la Librairie Générale Française :

ÉDITEUR/ÉDITRICE - CDI

Au sein de l’équipe éditoriale du Livre de Poche, et sous la responsabilité de la Directrice Éditoriale, vous prendrez en charge le suivi éditorial et administratif des ouvrages de la collection « policier-thriller ».

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes :

- Prospection et acquisition : recherche, veille du marché et prospection à l’étranger, lecture, examen de titres, propositions d’acquisitions (reprise et inédits), formulation des offres, négociations, comptes d’exploitation prévisionnels.

- Élaboration d’un programme éditorial en phase avec les axes stratégiques fixés par la direction.

- Suivi éditorial des ouvrages (nouveautés et fonds) : briefs et suivis des couvertures, rédaction d’argumentaires de vente et divers, suivi des spécimens, présentation des titres.

- Travail en lien avec les différents services : droits, studio, fabrication, communication, presse, marketing et commercial.

- Relationnel : entretien des relations auteurs, éditeurs partenaires et agents français et étrangers.

- Représentation lors des différents événements : foires, salons et rencontres.

De formation supérieure (master ou équivalent), vous justifiez d’expériences réussies dans l’édition d’au moins 5 années sur un poste similaire.

Vous avez un anglais courant, vous possédez de bonnes qualités rédactionnelles, une orthographe parfaite et vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques.

Vous êtes dynamique, curieux.se et rigoureux.se, possédez un réel sens du contact et de l’initiative ainsi qu’un fort esprit d’équipe. Vous démontrez un réel goût pour le secteur du livre et en particulier pour les romans policiers et thrillers.

Le poste est à pourvoir fin octobre 2026 et est basé à Paris (6ème arrondissement).
